Refund policy
The Noor Protocol is a digital product. You receive all five files immediately after payment, so there is nothing to return.
The short version: sales are final. Once the files have been delivered there is no refund for a change of mind — not because you did not start it, not because you stopped, and not because you finished it. What you are paying for is the files, and you have all five of them the moment you pay.
Your statutory right to cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you normally have 14 days to cancel a distance purchase. For digital content delivered immediately, that right ends once the download begins — but only where you expressly consented to delivery starting straight away and acknowledged that you lose the right by doing so. You give that consent at checkout. It is not a formality: without it the 14-day right would still apply.
Nothing here affects your rights if the product is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose. Those come from the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and cannot be signed away.
If something is wrong with the files
If a download link fails, a file is corrupt, or you cannot open what you paid for, email thenoorprotocol@gmail.com. You will get working files or a full refund. There is no time limit on this.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method, normally within 5 to 10 working days depending on your bank. Access to the files is withdrawn when a refund is issued.
